Changes in Puerto Rico's travel guidelines - Starting Tomorrow

Puerto Rico will fine Tourists and Travelers who arrive without a negative covid-19 PCR test. Starting tomorrow, travelers will face a $300 fine if they arrive without a negative covid-19 proof. If they fail to show a test result, authorities will require them to take a PCR test on the island within 48 hours of arrival. Travelers will have 48 hours to receive their results and upload them to the online "travel safe" portal. After that, they can proceed with their trip plans and the fine will be removed.

Rapid tests are not accepted. An island curfew is still in place from 10pm to 5am, every day. If you need more info prior to your trip, please call us at (787) 722-2080. We'll be happy to answer all of your questions and make sure you have the best experience in Puerto Rico.
